Tomorrow evening, one Hebrew month exactly after the First Night of Passover, there is a custom of celebrating “Pesach Sheini” – a “second Passover”.
While this second celebration originated in the times of the Ancient Temple and animal offerings, over the last 2,000 years the celebration of this holiday has switched focus on second chances.
In Judaism there is no concept of one and done, G-D is always there for us no matter how many times we stumble.
We certainly need all the hope, all the opportunities at second chances, that we can find during these difficult times.
Wishing all of you a good week, a Pesach Sheini of hope and light, and a Shabbat Shalom to come,
